Amazing experience: landscapes, adventure, guides, food 100% recomended - Four friends took this tour, and the experience was wonderful. The locations are unique, and everything is perfectly organized so you don't have to worry about a thing. The local guides, the driver, and Pram, who accompanied us the entire time, were very friendly and professional. The scenery is incredible, the local food is delicious and safe to eat, and the hotel where you rest is very nice. Prepare to enjoy yourself at all times, although we recommend being well-rested, as it is quite exhausting. I would do it again without hesitation.

Exceeded my expectation in many ways! - TrippyTrip tour operator really exceeded my expectations in many ways. I have no problems with choosing TrippyTrip and I really recommend everyone to try it. I would also love to take it again for my next trip. Firstly, the communication for tour confirmation, pick-up point, and payment is very simple, easy, and fast. Vincent did a great job handling this part, and he is an honest person. He answered all my queries, made accommodation arrangements, and kept the pick-up time flexible according to my itinerary. He kept the customer updated if there were any changes. A day before the tour, my assigned driver/guide (Adit) texted me and kept me updated. Adit arrived on time and at the location as agreed. There was no delay, and everything went smoothly according to plan. The car was clean and comfortable. Adit is very professional and knows how to handle the customer’s needs really well. For instance, he gave me water bottles upon arrival and also prepared a neck pillow for sleeping since it’s a long journey. If requested in advance, he can also make a quick pit stop for a toilet break, refill snacks, and shower. Adit is also friendly and easy to approach. We had lots of good conversations during the long journey. He shared many interesting things about Indonesia and the locals in general. Another positive aspect is that he always gives a brief summary of the itinerary every time before we reach the destination. At Mt Bromo, we exchanged the car and rode the vintage 4WD with a driver. Adit also joined along to guide us. We had hot coffee before walking to the sunrise point at KingKong Hill. Adit has good knowledge about Mt Bromo and also shared some interesting fun facts. I feel grateful as the weather was clear, and I was able to watch Mt Bromo during the sunrise. The golden hue was stunning. From the sunrise point, we went to the base of Mt Bromo. The jeep ride was exhilarating and adventurous! Along the way, we stopped for photo spots with the Jeep. Since I’m a solo traveler, Adit helped me to take good photos and was really patient about it. He knows the perfect angles for visually appealing shots! Mt Bromo, again, is absolutely stunning; I was finally able to reach the top crater and hear the rumbling sound. The one-night accommodation stay before Mt Ijen was very clean, neat, and comfortable. I stayed at Riverside Homestay, where I loved the ambiance and relaxation, which was just perfect to enjoy my vacation. There is a small toko nearby if you need to buy some supplies/ snacks/ cup noodles. For Mt Ijen, Adit will drop you at the Paltuding base camp. There will be a separate guide who will hike along with you, exploring the kawah and returning back to the base camp. I would like to extend my appreciation to Mas Dherma (Mt Ijen guide) for ensuring my safety throughout the hiking (ascending/descending) and touring around the kawah. The gas mask and headlamp provided were available and in good condition. Thanks to his advice, I managed to watch the Blue Fire before sunrise, and it looked absolutely stunning! He knows a lot about sulfur mining and Kawah Ijen in general, which allowed me to gain a lot of knowledge from the visit. Apart from that, he is very friendly, humble, and positive. He shared a lot of good stories with me. After the sunrise, he took me to various vantage points within the kawah to enjoy the gorgeous view of the acidic turquoise lake. We took a short break at one of the vantage points and just enjoyed the scenery at a relaxing pace. Since I went solo, he helped me take my photos and videos. I must say his photo/video skills are very impressive and Instagram-worthy! We finally return to Mt Ijen base camp safe and sound. The tour ended as per the program (on schedule). I feel 100% satisfied, and I brought back a lot of good memories, met friendly local people and guides, educational and adventurous moments that I love to share with my family and friends back at home. It was my first time witnessing the natural beauty of Mt Bromo and Mt Ijen, and it was a great experience. This couldn’t have been realized if I had not chosen TrippyTrip tour. 2 day 1 night tour to Mt Bromo and Tumpak Sewu falls - We really enjoyed this tour, everything ran very smoothly, our guide and driver were very punctual we left/arrived at all arranged times. Qowim was a great guide! He was always happy to answer any of our questions, he was very knowledgeable and insightful. When booking the tour they were very quick to respond and helped arrange last minute changes.
