The best way to start an Invervisit - Really interesting & entertaining. We felt properly introduced to Scotland’s wettest & friendliest city. Steve was a proper hoot!

Very interesting tour......... - We have been travelling up to Inverness for a break, for a number of years now and always wanted to find out a bit more about the city. I decided to book this when looking for things to do, as we have done previous walking tours and enjoyed them. We were not disappointed. Our guide was a lovely lady named Christine, who took us around Inverness at a pleasant pace. We stopped at various points of interest along the way, in the main the walk was on the flat with just one part with stairs to climb. We learned a lot and Christine was a clear speaker and very witty at times. We both enjoyed the tour very much.

Lovely city. Confusing meet-up location. - Meeting location was confusing, as the visitor center in Inverness has been closed. Turned out they are still meeting at that address until they find a new location, but you're meeting up outside a vacant storefront. The guide arrived and wandered a bit without acknowledging people who were very obviously looking for where they were to meet. Once the tour started, though, it was interesting and somewhat informative. It's a lovely mid-sized city and it was nice to get insight from a lifelong resident. Would have been nice to have had some time to actually go inside the cathedral rather than just standing outside the entryway. You'd have to return on your own.
