- Fairy Pools - From Eilean Donan Castle, it takes 1 hour to reach our first Isle of Skye stop, The Fairy Pools. Enjoy a 75-minute hike through the stunning landscape. The first pool is a 20-minute walk, so a reasonable fitness level is recommended.
- Portree - After hiking at The Fairy Pools, we travel 40 minutes to Portree, the main town on the Isle of Skye. We stop for 45 minutes to allow time for lunch and to admire the charming harbor with its colorful houses.
- Fairy Glen - A 20-minute drive from Portree takes us to The Fairy Glen, where the breathtaking landscape awaits. Locals say the conical hills are fairy houses, with Castle Ewen as the Fairy Castle. We stop for 30 minutes to enjoy the scenery.
- Idrigil - We pause at the Idrigil Bay viewpoint above the Uig ferry port, offering fantastic views of Idrigil Bay.
- Kilt Rock - A 20-minute drive from The Quiraing leads us to Kilt Rock, named for its basalt columns resembling kilt pleats. You’ll also see Mealt Falls cascading 180 feet into The Sound of Raasay.
- The Old Man of Storr - A brief 15-minute drive from Kilt Rock brings us to The Old Man of Storr, a 160-foot high rock pinnacle on Storr Mountain. We stop at a nearby parking area for the best view of this iconic landmark.
- Portree - A 15-minute drive from The Old Man of Storr returns us to Portree, where we visit The Skye Candle Visitor Centre for a 15-minute restroom break before embarking on our 2 hour and 30-minute journey back to Inverness.

Skye Fairy Tours - We were fortunate to have done a Skye tour with Billy just this week. He was a truly incredible guide! Billy was knowledgeable and knew the roads like the back of his hand. The sights were spectacular on their own but Billy really went above and beyond to make our trip special!

Amazing way to spend the day! - We had such a nice time being toured through the Highlands with Lawrence. He was very knowledgeable and engaging. The photo opportunities were endless. There is so much beauty that it was great to see so much in 1 day.

Would 100% recommend - This tour was absolutely amazing. We chose it because it was one of the few we could find that did both the fairy pools and fairy glen in the same trip. Our guide Lawrence was fantastic, telling us about Scottish history as we went, providing recommendations, and willing to indulge us with our silly requests like dipping our faces in the Sligachan river. The views were amazing and we felt like we had plenty of time to enjoy each stop. I would easily recommend this tour and even do it again.

Must do this tour! - What a great tour. With it being a small group tour, we got in and out of the sites before the larger tours. There were 5 people on this tour, which can be up to 7. We got to see more places the bigger buses can not go. Our guide, Kevin, was very informative and kept us entertained. Skye is beautiful!

What an amazing day - 5 star Kev lived up to his title. He was a great thoughtful personable tour guide. He brought 5 strangers together got them to talk shared in the delight of the scenery and was proud of his homeland and he truly has the best office.
