Punctuality & Contact:
Arrive on time. Late arrivals or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee. If running late, contact us immediately.

Pre-Tour Confirmation:
Meeting details will be sent by the day before. Provide a contact number based in Japan. If no message is received by 6 PM, reach out to “ISHIGAKI ADVENTURE PiPi” using the ticket information.

Late Bookings (after 5 PM):
Proceed directly to Ishigaki Port Remote Island Terminal.

Participation:
Open to ages 3–59 only.
Not permitted: Pregnant individuals, children under 3, or those with medical conditions.

Gear & Safety:
Life jacket, fins, and mask are mandatory. Refusal to wear them may result in exclusion. Follow the guide’s instructions.

Weather:
Tours operate rain or shine but may be canceled if conditions are unsafe.

Preparation:
Wear swimwear and use the restroom in advance (none available on-site). Alcohol is prohibited.

Hot showers are available near the terminal (ask the guide). On-site meeting incurs a ¥300 parking fee.
