Best tour - Overall, it was very satisfying 🙆‍♂️ Bicycle rental on Taketomi Island allowed us to cycle comfortably along the beach, and in the afternoon we went on a trip with Hamajima ⇨ snorkeling 🤿 and it was like a full-day satisfaction plan 😊 The staff (crew) made sure everyone was happy and cheerful, so it was a great trip!

Good service - Yuki’s service very good. We are very happy and enjoying the journey. Island is great and beautiful. We took a lot of photos on the Phantom Island and snorkeling sites. We saw a beautiful sea snake .

Must-see in Ishigaki - The excursion is a romp. Must-see in Ishigaki. In the morning we went to Ghost Island and snorkeled. A wonder corals and fish banks. In the afternoon we went kayaking through the mangroves of the island which are a paradise of nature. To highlight the organization of the excursion. The team is very much watching the group and they make sure everything is going perfectly. Out of 10

Highlight - Although we could not go to Phantom Island due to strong waves, the snorkeling trip with Adventures Pipi was a wonderful experience. The communication in advance worked great and the organizer informed us the day before that we would go to Sakura Beach in the south of the island instead, which did not sound so spectacular at first... But there the experienced and very nice guide “Diego”, who by the way spoke very good English, led us to some places where a large variety of colorful fish and corals could be seen. Definitely one of the highlights of my stay on Ishigaki! Motivated and mega friendly crew, tiptops price-performance ratio incl. photos of the snorkel course via what’s app the following day (very nice memory) as well as complete snorkeling equipment provided by the provider: Fully recommended! 😄⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful underwater world with competent guide - Although the tour did not take place at Phantom Island as originally planned, but instead at Osaki Beach, it was not a problem for me at all. The reef and the underwater world were still absolutely worth seeing. I was able to observe many different fish and was particularly lucky to see several sea snakes – a real highlight! The tour guide was extremely friendly and competent. He explained a lot about the surroundings and snorkeling, and offered to tow them with his lifebuoy to anyone who got too exhausted. In addition, he created many photos and videos with his GoPro during the tour - a great service! Since the water was quite cool, we all got thin wetsuits, neoprene shoes, life jackets, life fins and of course diving masks. We were able to treat these with an anti-fog agent so that they remained clear throughout the snorkeling. I found it particularly surprising that I was reimbursed for part of the costs due to the change in the snorkel spot. I would book this tour again anytime!

Really beautiful... - Really beautiful snorkeling experience!! The coral is exquisite quality and we saw so many fish!!! Also, loved that pics were included!!! I only wish we were able to snorkel for longer. The guides did a great job making the newbies feel comfortable.

Emocionado - Granted, the sun will bring the most colorful and vivid perspectives out of the corals. We can't control the weather, but we can control to choose which team to give us the most wonderful experience. Unlucky, it was cloudy and a bit of cold the day we went. However, luckily, we had Sebastian as our guide. Sebastian and the whole team are professional and attentive. During the snorkeling, a young kid in our group felt too cold to continue. Sebastian took the kid back to the boat and at the same time, proficiently organized the rest of us. In a nutshell, fue una ツアー muy emocionante. If you are looking for a snorkeling tour, book with Sebastian, no brainer.

Viator debe cuidar de sus clientes, y en manos de quien los pone - The company that operates the Ishigaki Adventures Pipi tour frequently cancels within the last 24 hours, after which a refund cannot be issued. Furthermore, they provide no justification for the cancellation to request a refund from Viator and instead negotiate with another tour. If the tour you accept is cheaper, in my case 1,000 yen, they say they will refund you. Twenty days have passed and there's no sign of my money. I travel a lot in Japan, and I have to say this is exceptional, as Japanese people and Japanese companies have exceptional ethics.

Variations in tours made by Ishigaki Adventures Pipi, do not leave written record, making refunds difficult and oc - He did not analyze the quality of the touts, but the organization and cancellation policy, as he leaves nothing written, limiting himself to phone calls, leading to mistakes, disagreements and difficulty in collecting refunds for paid excursions.
