We were in a couple and we loved the walk. - The whole tour was great, the care of the whole team is their big difference. Everyone is very charismatic and attentive all the time. The Beach Club that is part of the tour is also excellent, great structure and a perfect beach. You can take the walk without fear that you will love.

So fun... Highly recommend! - My brother and I booked this catamaran. It was very well run and I always felt safe. When we snorkeled there was an employee in the water with us as well as a "safety" boat watching us. When we did the golf cart tour, we had on employee in the front and one in the back. I always felt well cared for and everything seemed very well organized! The whole crew was friendly! Daphne was amazing and so sweet. People were dancing and having a lot of fun on the way back to the dock. NOTE: we had to pay $40 dock fee...so it really is $77 ..but I thought i was worth it.

Snorkeling Adventure - Snorkeling was nice! Lots of fish. Catamaran was fun! Kayaking, paddle boarding, swinging in the water. Highly recommend

Fun day in the sun - Had a fun day snorkelling, swimming and checking out the island. Only negative was an issue with pickup forcing us to go on the afternoon/evening tour which was fun but got back in the dark.

Boat ride excellent, food and service terrible. - The boat ride to (and back) Isla Mujeres was really great and the crew super friendly. However, the service at the assigned restaurant was very poor. Since only one area was open, the lines were very long and the food was terrible.

Not recommendable for the snorkeling or families - We booked this trip as a family because of the snorkeling. On board we were told that our 5-year old daughter was not allowed to participate under the age of 8 although she is a very good swimmer (bronze). Nobody indicated or informed us about that prior. She still had to pay the 40USD entrance fee to the Marine Park and no child reduction. We also had to pay a credit card fee for the 120 USD park fee that is not indicated in the trip description. The snorkeling is not worth the trip because it is a short dip. The rest involves only heavy drinking including people puking on the ship. Absolutely no environment for families and this should be indicated in the trip description. A waste of money.

Missed excursion. Given wrong pickup time - We had originally booked 930. Our pickup time was 845. We changed to 12 and our pickup time was 1245 in my confirmation email. I called the day before and was reassured multiple times it was the correct time even though I thought it was wrong. We waited in the lobby from 1230 to 1250. 5 minutes after pickup time I called and they had in fact told us the wrong time and were unable to do anything except reschedule us for another day. We declined as we only had one day left here. Also the price is $50/person but you find out after booking that you have to pay another $40 a person the day of

Last minute cancellation - I was called the day of event and was told they couldn’t go out. I wasn’t able to reach anyone to get refunded. I was told the weather was bad.
