Sailing Cancun - The snorkelling was excellent with lots of turtles on the way, fish and the coral reef. Guide looked after us all. Rain spoilt the stop at Isla Murgeres. Great 3 hours on the beach and party trip on the way home. Only issue:The sales team do a heavy sale on an upgrade to Platinum but did not deliver on the food and wine package on the island. Total rip off.

Magic the catamaran - Beautiful activities with real default diving with a snorkel lifejacket and mask not pleasant at all The catamaran keeps these promises with a top team the catamaran s apoel antonio good music stop on the island was nice the average meal hearty but not good the rest a reasonable price activities for a day in catamaran nodes 28 adults to avoid too many people

Good experience! but there are improvements - The friendliness of the service was amazing, the places we visited were also excellent. We did the snorkeling experience and it was quite stressful, we weren’t given information or steps to do it correctly and more than one person noticed that they were also stressed about following the right group and not getting it wrong. Improving the selection of music along the way, music for travelers and controlling the volume, you will enjoy and listen to music that you always listen to in the city is not what you want when traveling.

You need to know that... - You need to know that anyone over 56 will not be allowed to snorkel. This is not made clear in the blurb. This aside, the trip is good. The buffet was not up to much but the crew on the catamaran were great, and the drinks flowed.

Rude customer service! - First of all let me say the guys on the boat were great! The representative that I spoke with needs to lean some major customer service!! We were never told what time to be in the Lobby for our pick up. When I called the day before I was told 9:15. That was not the case after calling because they never showed up the morning of I was told it was 7:10! When I talked with the representative she was very rude she cut me off. I have always used this company but I will never use them again!

Tourist trap, not worth the money - Not an excursion, but a tourist trap. No fish in the water during snorkeling. The transportation driver on the way back was extremely rude.

Don’t waste your money or day - This has been my worst experience ever! Jam packed fishing boat. No space to sit, no nets, no sun tanning. I feel absolutely scammed with this experience and would not recommend to anyone looking for an experience other than sitting up shoulder to shoulder for an afternoon.

Packed like sardines - I meant to write this review a while ago, this boat was jammed pack and chaotic! Though it listed a guided snorkeling tour that is not the case. A guides goes with but they will not allow you to have a float ring. If you are a bit worried they tell you not to get off the boat. Also with the amt of ppl snorkeling it became very hard for many to keep up. I do not advise for beginners. Other than that, lunch and the golf carts were fun. Of course expect them to sell you carts, cabanas, pics etc. Also no clue if they properly clean the snorkeling gear, so many people!!! Sooo packed, enjoyed the ride back though.
