• Anargyreos & Korgialeneios School of Spetses - AKSS - The journey begins at the open amphitheater of Anargyreos and Korgialeneios School, nestled in the forest of Spetses. Participants will create a personal essential oil to take home as a memento of this experience.
• Spetses - The walk continues towards the ruins of the old observatory along forest paths. Along the way, participants will explore the aromatic and therapeutic plants of the area, fostering a direct, experiential connection with nature. The observatory will serve as the first rest stop.
• Spetses - The tour proceeds to the island’s peak, offering a stunning view from the highest point. As the route nears its end, time will be dedicated to a guided meditation, providing a moment of tranquility and inner harmony, focusing on energetic cleansing and grounding.

Participants can choose a guided meditation theme, such as energy cleansing, chakra balancing, or healing.

Following the meditation, there will be a snack break.
