The “Black Arrow” Memorial honors the combat legacy of the paratroopers during the period of retaliatory operations, beginning with Operation Kissufim on August 10, 1954, and Operation “Black Arrow” (Operation Gaza) on February 28, 1955, and concluding with the Sinai War in 1956.
- Tkuma - The yard of burned-out vehicles houses 1,560 vehicles that were removed from roads and settlements around Gaza in the weeks following the unexpected attack on Simchat Torah morning, October 7, 2023. Each vehicle tells a story of families, children, parents, adults, and young people who were at the party or nearby. These stories contribute to the heroic spirit that emerged, alongside the unimaginable cruelty of that tragic event. Visitors can listen to these stories during a guided tour or by scanning the codes on the information boards to read the stories independently.
- Re’im - Until October 7, 2023, the Re’im parking lot was a serene spot for hiking. A nature party (NOVA) was held there, where 364 men and women were tragically killed, and 40 more were kidnapped to Gaza. The forest and party site have been transformed into a memorial site, with permanent memorial and commemoration installations erected there.
- Givat Kobi - An observatory overlooking the Gaza Strip. The hill, known for years as “Kobi Hill,” reaches a height of 110 meters above sea level. Due to its view of the Gaza Strip, it has become a popular reporting point for journalists and onlookers during periods of conflict within the Israel-Gaza Strip area. The observatory is home to the “Monument of the Four.”
- Sderot Police Station Memorial 7/10 - אנדרטת זיכרון של תחנת משטרת שדרות הישנה לזכר נופלים 7/10 - The Sderot police station became one of the most significant symbols of the events of October 7. The station was attacked by terrorists, resulting in the loss of 8 officers (two additional officers were killed during the fighting at the station). On Saturday night, the district commander decided to demolish the station building, where 26 terrorists had barricaded themselves.
