Istanbul - Begin your Western Turkey adventure with a convenient transfer to the airport. The driver will collect you from your hotel or Airbnb reception, provided parking is available. From there, you’ll head to the airport for your flight to Denizli.

Denizli Çardak Airport - Upon arrival at Denizli/Cardak airport, your tour guide and another driver will greet you at the arrival terminal exit gate, commencing your Pamukkale, Hierapolis, and Laodicea tour.

Pamukkale Thermal Pools - After exploring Hierapolis Ancient City, enjoy 60-75 minutes of free time to discover Pamukkale’s natural beauty and swim in the white travertines - thermal pools (or the antique pool - Cleopatra’s pool for an additional fee). Rejoin your guide to walk barefoot down the travertines.

Cleopatra Pools - Above the Pamukkale white travertine pools lies a spectacular spot fed by the same hot springs. Here, you can bathe in the waters Cleopatra once enjoyed! A modern spa facility allows you to experience these historic healing waters. Unlike the lower pools’ white water, Cleopatra’s favored Antique Pool features clear, warm water. Once topped by a Roman Temple to Apollo with a decorative roof supported by Doric columns, imagine Cleopatra’s experience in its heyday.

Pamukkale - Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, included in today’s guided tour.

Karahayit - After lunch, participate in a traditional handcraft workshop to learn about Pamukkale’s special stones and metals.

Laodicea - Excavations have uncovered artifacts dating from 3500 BC (Late Chalcolithic) to 3000 BC (Early Bronze Age). Named by Seleucid king Antiochus II for his wife Laodike in the 3rd century BC, the city thrived under Pergamum’s kings and later the Roman Empire, flourishing from the 4th to 6th centuries. It was one of the Seven Churches of Revelation.

Pamukkale Tandem Paragliding - Pamukkale Paragliding Adventure (Optional Attraction – Add this experience for an extra cost): Soar above Pamukkale’s white travertines and ancient Hierapolis, including the grand theater, on a brief paragliding adventure with an experienced pilot. Launch from a slope about 1,300 feet (400 meters) high and glide over the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Kusadasi - After touring Pamukkale Natural Park, Hierapolis Ancient City, and Laodicea Ancient City, you’ll be transferred to your hotel in Kusadasi.

Kusadasi Castle - This charming Byzantine fortress stands on Guvercin Adasi (Pigeon Island) and has been recently renovated. * This site is not included in the tour. You can visit it independently after being dropped off at your hotel in Kusadasi.

Semi-Private Tour to Ephesus and Its Surroundings - Flight from Izmir to Istanbul – or Flight from Izmir to Cappadocia

Kuşadası - After breakfast at your hotel, the tour guide will pick you up around 09:00 AM for a full-day tour of Ephesus and its surroundings. * At the end of the tour, you’ll be directly transferred to Izmir Airport for your flight back to Istanbul (or a flight from Izmir to Cappadocia if you choose to extend your trip to Cappadocia. • If you would like to connect this trip to Cappadocia instead of return to Istanbul, this option is available to you. If you want to benefit from this opportunity, you have to book the option of “Gold Package”. After you prefered flight from Izmir to Cappadocia, there will not be right about return flight to Istanbul. Also, the arrival airport transfer will be provided by the local tour operator in Cappadocia.
• The local tour operator will email your e-tickets for domestic flights three days prior to your departure. You won’t need to print the tickets for domestic flights. Your passport and the reservation number on the tickets will be sufficient for check-in.
• The local tour operator may need some passport details to book your flight tickets. If you do not provide the requested information, your domestic flight tickets may not be booked.
• You are allowed 15kg luggage + 8kg cabin bag per person for each domestic flight(s). If you need more luggage capacity, please let the local tour operator know. Additional charges may apply for exceeding the 15 kg luggage limit.
• If your return hotel is different than pick-up hotel, please inform that detail immediately. If you inform that detail after organised your flight tickets, the local tour operator can request extra cost because of the distances between the airports and some hotels. If you inform this type changes on service day (last day of your trip), the local tour operator do not accept this last minute amending and drop you to your pick-up hotel.
