Istanbul to Cappadocia

Istanbul - Guests will be picked up from their hotel or preferred location in Istanbul for an early morning flight and transferred to the airport. The journey begins with a flight from Istanbul to Cappadocia.

Uchisar - Upon arrival in Cappadocia, a guide and a luxurious van will greet guests at the airport to commence the tour in Uchisar town. Visitors will explore Uchisar Castle, the largest fairy chimney in Cappadocia. While enjoying a welcome tea or coffee, the professional tour guide will provide insightful information about Cappadocia.

Goreme Open-Air Museum - The next stop is the Goreme Open Air Museum, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here, visitors will explore cave churches adorned with frescoes by monks, gaining insight into the culture and traditions of Eastern churches and their perspectives on Christianity.

Avanos - Avanos, a city along the Red River, the longest river in Turkey, is renowned for its pottery. Local families have mastered the art of pottery using the kick wheel for over a thousand years. Guests will enjoy lunch in Avanos and later visit a local family to experience Cappadocian art firsthand.

Pasabag - The final visit of the day is Pasabag, where guests can admire the mushroom-shaped fairy chimneys and explore the caves. Afterwards, they will be dropped off at their cave hotel in Cappadocia.

Cappadocia

Goreme - An optional hot air balloon flight at sunrise is available. Guests are encouraged to make a reservation. They will return to the hotel around 8:00 am.

Kizilcukur Valley (Gun batimi) - The tour continues with a visit to the beginning of Rose Valley for a leisurely one-hour hike through fairy chimneys, orchards, and vineyards.

Cavusin - Guests will visit one of the most renowned valleys in Cappadocia, where they can take in the stunning landscape.

Pigeon Valley - A stop at the breathtaking vista point overlooking Pigeon Valley is included. Lunch will be served in Göreme.

Kaymakli Underground City - Kaymakli Underground City, the first and most popular underground city in Cappadocia, is a complex carved underground used by locals for centuries to hide from enemies.

Goreme Panorama - The tour includes a visit to the impressive panoramic viewpoint overlooking Goreme, where guests can enjoy Turkish coffee with a spectacular view.

Cappadocia to Şanlıurfa

Kahramanmaras - The road trip from Cappadocia to Şanlıurfa begins today. Guests will be picked up in the morning and driven to Şanlıurfa via Kahramanmaras City, where lunch will be served. Kahramanmaras is famous as the birthplace of Turkish ice cream. After savoring the finest examples of Turkish cuisine, guests can enjoy ice cream as a dessert.

Sanliurfa - Upon arrival in Şanlıurfa, guests will be taken to their hotel to rest. An optional ‘Urfa Sıra Gecesi’ traditional night show is available upon request.

Sanlıurfa Back to Istanbul

Sanliurfa Archaeology and Mosaic Museum - Urfa has been inhabited since the time of the Babylonians, followed by the Hurrians, Hittites, Assyrians, and Greeks. The tour includes a visit to the Urfa Archaeological Museum, which houses an extensive collection from the Harran and Gobeklitepe areas.

Gobeklitepe - Guests will visit Gobeklitepe, a hilltop sanctuary built on the highest point of an elongated mountain ridge approximately 15 km northeast of Urfa. Gobeklitepe is unique due to its construction date, around twelve thousand years ago, circa 10,000 BC.

Cave of Abraham - While in Urfa, guests will visit the cave where the prophet Abraham was born. They will also explore the local covered bazaar of Sanliurfa and discover hidden treasures throughout the town. Lunch will be served in the city center of Sanlıurfa.

Fish Lake Park and Anzıleyh - The tour includes a visit to the holy sites at Ainzelha, a lake teeming with domesticated fish.

Harran - A visit to nearby Harran will showcase the remarkable beehive houses. According to the Bible, Harran was where the prophet Abraham spent several years with his family before moving to Israel, the Promised Land. This area offers exceptional photo opportunities. After visiting Harran, guests will be driven to the airport for their flight back to Istanbul.

Istanbul - Upon arrival, the guide will arrange for guests to be transferred from the airport to their hotel.
