The best and most informative tour in Istanbul! - Great tour! The tour guide Ferhat was excellent, he was so knowledgeable and able to tell us so much history. We booked at the last minute and they really worked with us going out of their way to arrange the tour for us. The food was great and it was nice to be able to go from place to place using the ticket they provided. We would definitely recommend taking this tour, especially if it is your 1st time. We plan to go back and are going to use them the next time also. If you want the best you want to use them!!!!!

I Would Highly Recommend This Tour - I would highly recommend this group tour when exploring Istanbul and this one we took with Guided Tours of Istanbul was excellent. Ferhat, our tour guide, was exceptional. He was punctual, friendly, well informed, non intrusive and fun. Usually a tour guide can sound very recorded when providing information but Ferhat made the interaction seem very personal and fun. İt was like we were hanging out with another friend. He not only gave us a lot of insight into the attractions we attended but also life in Istanbul in general. He was very accommodating of our schedule and he adapted the information he provided based on our interest levels.

Fun informative tour - The tour was done professionally and our tour guide Burak was charming. He was helpful, informative, and patient. The pick up was on time. Our guide told us of other things we could do within walking distance, which was nice.

WOW - Viewing and going inside the Sultan Ahmed and Hagia Sophia Mosques. What amazing architecture and history associated with these iconic buildings of Istanbul.

Price is deceiving - The price offered on Viator is a little deceiving. You know going in that it does not include admission to Hagia Sophia or the Palace. Assuming that you would buy your own tickets on arrival would be wrong. In our case, the tour guide had the tickets, but you had to pay him, CASH. And it doesn’t happen until you are at the second venue requiring tickets, you do not have this information up front. One ticket was in Lira and the other Euros which made it all the more confusing. We were pretty much stripped of all our cash at that point. The first part of the tour was wet and rainy. We visited the Blue Mosque. Make sure your dress, skirt or shorts are not too short. I would recommend pants for everyone. Also, your head covering at the Mosque might not suffice for Hagia Sophia. We took a side trip to a carpet, jewelry and leather shop which was apparently either owned by the tour company or a friend of our guide. This was not on the itinerary and was a waste of time. Just before 2 pm, we met with another group to tour the palace. They had also been misled about the collection of funds for the tickets. They were also under the impression they were to visit Hagia Sophia that we had done in the morning. Our tour ended at the Grand Bazaar, but we were limited in time and now funds. Our guide also had friends there and he directed us to their shops. Lunch was good. It was a fairly large meal and they actually had my vegan selection.

Amazing - I loved the breath taking scenery in the hotel. The food was delicious that I could like my plate and the waiters were friendly to us.
