Aanrader - I am very happy to have bought the e-pass. The information we received from the guides was very interesting. It was very easy to book things with the app. It was sometimes difficult to find more information about an activity once you booked it. Support via WhatsApp was quick.

Istanbul e pass review - Your customer service was excellent. Without it I would not have gone anywhere. You need following immediate improvement: 1. In meeting timetable add picture of flag that guide holds so tourists know what to look for. 2. Add picture of location where guide stands. So tourist know where to look for. 3. Add pic of location where attraction is found. Map alone in Turkish doesn't help much. 4. People dont understand english so pictures will be a great help. 5. Add where is best food found for cost effective price. This will help tourist a lot. 6. Add more vendors for example photoshoot was eas not good only one crappy costume no light rtc. In neighborhood photoshoot shop so many shiny beautiful costume but they dont take e pass. Thanks for providing us a great experience. Kudos to Deniz and Narmin!

Awesome - I recently used the Istanbul E-pass and I can honestly say it made my trip so much easier and more enjoyable! 🎉 It gave me access to all the main attractions without worrying about tickets, queues, or extra costs. The process was super smooth, and the customer support was always available and helpful. If you’re visiting Istanbul, I definitely recommend it – it saves both time and money while letting you explore the city stress-free.

E pass is worth it, but research the excursions! - Overall there are so many great parts of the e pass and a savings for many tourist attractions. It is definitely worth the money, though they do not properly advertise their experiences! Suggest NOT to do this excursion: - Sapanja Lake and Masukiye tour: It was NOTHING as advertised. Our pickup was 720a and we drove for 2.5 hours to pick people up at 10+ hotels. Then we went to a port to get on a different bus to go pick up more people. By 10a we were on the road and literally drove past our hotel (!!!) - the organization of the pickup and coordination was terrible. The excursion makes it seem like you get dropped somewhere central in Sapanja region and you can choose to walk, visit the lake and beach, zipline, atv, cycling, zoo or aquarium, etc. This is not the case, as it's called Sapanca Lake but you don't even get to go to the lake or the beach. You're not dropped centrally, you literally go to zip line and if u don't want to do it you sit and wait. Then went to atv, and if you don't want to you sit and wait. Then went to cable car, and if you don't want to you sit and wait..Then went to store after store of the ones they've chosen to pretty much put tourist money into very run down locations. It is advertised as a low cost day, but it actually would have cost almost 100 euro or more. The stores you visit has people who.follow you around to make sale and are upset when you don't purchase. It was the longest day of an excursion - sold as a false bill of goods!! Avoid! Highlights that I would highly recommend and were a fantastic experience!! - Hagia Sofia - Basilica Cistern - Blue Mosque - Grand Bazaar - Topkapi Palace - Princes Island with 2 Islands Overall the pass is great and would recommend, just ask the customer service more.details on excursion days so you wont end up with something far different than explained.

Good experience. - Good experience. The prices are high, because it's the entrances to the sites that cost a lot (I seem to remember that the entrance for the only Topkapi taken at the ticket office is about 24 euros and online about 50-60 euros). However, you can save money if you make more visits a day (organize your time well). You must activate the visit from the App. You meet at the meeting point with the guides (they speak good English, I do not know if available in Italian) at predefined times, they arrive with a flag, they are very punctual and easily identify. The visits take place in two parts: in the first you enter skipping the line, the guide makes a general introduction and then takes you to visit the most relevant parts of the site, stopping to give some directions, not exhaustive; after this you are free to stay as long as you want to see or review (you can do the route backwards) everything 'that interests you, take photos, etc. No time limit. We appreciated this opportunity and if you brought your own paper or electronic guide you can continue with that as you are used to doing everywhere. For unaccompanied "walk in" visits just "scan" the QRCODE provided by the App at the entrance turnstile and enter.

Can be practical and economical, but be careful... - The E Pass is practical and could have gotten a better rating from us, only... Pros: The app, rather well made. A valuable help to organize and find meeting points, etc... Whatsapp messaging, also convenient and quite responsive. However, do not answer all questions. The packaged offer, which allows real savings, as access to sites and visits are expensive individually Presence of a guide on several visits Cons: Guides who are present just at the beginning or for part of each visit. They also gave us all the impression that we wanted to end it quickly. Throughput and mass of information spoil the experience -Quality of services and services, which are very irregular. Thus, the selection of certain providers (dinner cruise on the Bosphorus), leaves to be desired - E SIM subscription. A good initiative, but a scam. I bought 20GB for the stay and in 24h, more Service, while I did not download heavy files and favored wifi everywhere In short, EPass is a beautiful idea very perfectible. Systematically read and check services

A very mixed bag which was horrible for me - I got this pass for 5 days, which was a very sizeable investment. I was supposed to arrive very early (4am) the first day, so I booked that day. Turkish Air six months later moved my flight back until 2:30pm, and it was delayed, so I didn't arrive to my hotel until 5pm-that whole day was wasted. I went on a Bosphorus dinner cruise. The ship never cruised-it basically stayed docked while all the other ships went up and down the river. My dinner was inedible-awful and cold. And the entertainment was really, really bad. No one spoke any English at the table I sat at. That was a huge waste of time. My Bursa day trip left at 8am and I got back at 11:30pm. My lunch was cold barley, burnt chicken, lettuce without dressing, and a couple of small lamb patties (those were good.) We spent 45 minutes at a Turkish delight factory, and 40 minutes at a jam shop. We had only 40 minutes in Bursa itself, and we were forced to go to waste most of that at a silk factory rather than the Green Mosque and the tomb. There was no time to explore the town. At the other mosque and tomb, we had 10 minutes to rush through those. I went to go meet up for a Blue Mosque tour. The meeting place is not well described, and you are told to follow Google Map viewpoint directions. When I did that, my map was totally blank-just green with no reference points. I followed the directions and waited. There are a number of signs that meet the tour meeting place direction. I waited 55 minutes and was told I missed the tour and it was my fault. I asked for better directions, and a better picture, neither of which I got even after I explained my problem. Epass is fine if you have no issues. But its hard to get the total value. They don't tell you the length of the tours, or what they cover. For example, the Topakapi Palace doesn't even go inside any of the Palace at all!!! That would be nice to know!!! Some things are extra cost. You probably do best just buying up to 3 days, and hoping you have no issues and you can find the tour meeting points. Otherwise, so not worth it!!!,Istanbul is hard to navigate what with narrow streets, and tricky public transportation. The trams supposedly take contact less cards. But one tram took my card out, but not back, leaving me stranded. The taxi drivers-some will scam you leaving you stranded as well!!So, no, I think you are better joining a tour and not buying the pass.
