Beautiful Bospherus - The cruise was 2 1/2 hours and t h e yacht was very nice and the crew very solicitous. They ied us with tea, turkish coffee and water along with a variety of snacks. A very knowledgeable guide provided commentary as we cruisedand we met some wonderful people. After the cruise another guide appeared and provided thoughtful and informative commentary. After the tour he stayed with us until their van appeared to transport us vack to our ship. There were several moving parts to our day and all went off without a hitch.

A wonderful cruise followed by a tour with a fantastic guide! - This was a delightful cruise on a small yacht with ample room to move around easily and comfortably. We experienced views that were only possible from the water and were truly magnificent. After we docked we were met at the pier by our tour guide Murat who walked us over to the Palace and gave us a truly magnificent tour. The palace was reasonably interesting (we found Topkapi to be a much more fascinating place which we toured earlier in the week) but in our 7 days in Istanbul Murat was the best tour guide we encountered. He was a font of knowledge of Istanbul's history and was also able to pointi out some of the amazing artistic and cultural aspects of the palace. He was attentive to our needs such as restrooms and gift shops, and even made the arrangements to get us our ride back to our hotel. Murat made this part of our day truly special.

Great Service and Knowledgable Guide - Experience was really good. Sinan did an excellent job and was quite knowledgeable. I would highly recommend people to take this tour. They picked you up from the hotel and even dropped you back at a place of your choosing. Hotel arranged this tour and they did a good job with it.

Good guide, excellent service - Our experience on the Bosphorus boat trip was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to Serdar, our remarkable guide. The guide's knowledge of the Bosphorus, brought the region's rich culture to life with engaging stories and insights. Whether it was the grandeur of the palaces, the charm of the old wooden houses, or the significance of the straits in global history, every detail was shared with clarity and passion. Good tour - Everything went well, comprehensive explanation at the Palace, and excellent boat ride at the Bosphorus. The only thing is that between the Palace tour and the boat we had to wait a lot. Need to adjust timing.

Innacurate tour description - This was a very unorganized tour. They advertise this as an approximate 4 hour tour, but in actuality, our tour was seven hours long with a lot of wasted time waiting around and an unexpected and unannounced 30 minute stop at a town that had nothing to do or no historical significance or reason to stop and visit. The morning of our pick up was pouring rain and they sent a message to be ready at a specif time to meet the driver for the pick up which included a five minute walk to the pick up point. We arrived five minutes early and headed with the escort to the pick up point. The driver was not there, and they had us wait outdoors, without any shelter in the pouring rain for 20 minutes! We understood istanbuls traffic, but why did they rush us when the driver was late and their pick up point was not at a place that had some sort of protected roof to prevent us from getting soaked? Really poor planning on this tour company. When I sent them a text that we were standing outside in the rain for 20 minutes, they didn’t respond or acknowledge the oversight with their timing. The only good thing about this disorganized and not interesting tour were the guides we met. They were kind and made up for the bad experience we had with the tour company. We do not recommend this tour. There are much better tours in Istanbul that have better communication and provide more accurate descriptions.
