Step-by-Step Transportation Service: From Booking to Drop-off

1. Booking Confirmation
   After completing your booking on Viator, a confirmation email with all tour details will be sent to you. You will need to provide:

• Your hotel name and address
• A valid phone number (preferably WhatsApp)
• Your preferred pickup time, if it differs from the suggested time

2. Before the Tour – Reminder
   The day before your tour, we will reach out via WhatsApp, email, or phone to:

• Reconfirm your pickup location and time
• Share your driver’s name, phone number, and vehicle plate
• Address any last-minute questions you may have

3. Hotel Pickup (Day of the Tour)
   At the confirmed pickup time, your private VIP Mercedes Vito will arrive at your hotel/accommodation. Our professional driver will be at the hotel entrance to:

• Offer bottled water and comfortable seating
• Begin the journey toward Bursa & Cumalıkızık

4. Highway Travel to Bursa
   Relax during a smooth, scenic 2.5-hour drive. We use toll highways to minimize traffic. Optional restroom/coffee stops can be arranged upon request.

Your comfort is our priority – TV, Wi-Fi, and phone charging ports are available onboard.

5. Touring Bursa & Cumalıkızık
   Your driver will guide you to the main attractions: Cumalıkızık village, Grand Mosque, Koza Han, Green Tomb, and more. Stops are flexible and can be adjusted to your preferences. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant serving the famous Iskender kebab. Optional time for shopping or photo breaks is available.

6. Return Journey to Istanbul
   After a day filled with history and exploration, your driver will return you to Istanbul in the same private vehicle.

Estimated return time: around 8:00 PM (depending on traffic).

Drop-off will be at your original pickup point or another requested location within central Istanbul.

7. Drop-off & Feedback
   Upon arrival at your drop-off point, your driver will:

• Assist with unloading your belongings
• Thank you for joining the tour
• Kindly invite you to leave a review on Viator or Tripadvisor
