For arrival transfers, the meeting point will be provided. For departure transfers, the pick-up time and vehicle license plate number will be shared by the operations team.

For arrival transfers, proceed to the designated meeting point at exit gate 14, where your name will be verified. An employee will then escort you to meet your driver and vehicle on the -2nd floor. It typically takes 5-10 minutes for the vehicle to arrive at the pick-up point from the parking area, which is standard.

For departure transfers, please be ready at the hotel reception 5 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. The driver is generally punctual or may arrive early. In a bustling city like Istanbul, with its narrow streets and well-known traffic congestion, a delay of 5-10 minutes is normal.
