Calabrian Alpacas boasts the only alpacas in Calabria. Our alpacas are nurtured on a small farm where they are well-socialized and accustomed to human interaction. As a result, they are curious and gentle with children. Our walks take place against the stunning backdrop of a mature pine forest that opens up to the beach at Colomaio 1, with the picturesque town of Pizzo in the background. The mountainous scenery is especially breathtaking at sunset. During the walk, you’ll bond with an alpaca, capturing interactive videos and selfies on the beach to cherish this experience forever and share it with family and friends back home.

One of a kind experience! - Great experience just for ourselves as no one else was booked on.
Clear communication and directions meant it was easy to meet up with Julia & Matt and the alpacas.
It's an easy walk, very manageable for anyone capable of walking on the beach. The most fun is getting in the water with the alpacas. Gorgeous time of day to do the walk with the sun going down, makes for some lovely photos.
We booked via TripAdvisor when staying close by at the TUI Magic Life Calibria. We got an Uber there for €5 and walked back along the beach.

Sunset walk with alpacas - Wonderful experience, definitely to be redone!
We organized the walk with a group of friends, the owners are nice and so nice, the alpacas quiet and sweet
We had a great time, the sunset walk on the lace beach was really unique 😍♥️

Authentic Reconnection Experience🧘🏻♀️ - 🇮🇹 Definitely one of the experiences that you must necessarily do at least once in your life, for a reconnection with Nature.
Animals in general can feel our energy, alpacas in particular even more, they settle in easily and are sweet and calm from the beginning, even if it is the first time they know you.
Julia is also very funny, helpful and knows how to do her job well. I recommend trying this wonder of experience, especially at sunset!☺️

Alpaca at sunset - I had the pleasure of living a very special experience: a sunset walk with alpacas in Pizzo.
The adventure began in a picturesque pine forest.
The connection with these animals was immediate. Their sweetness and calm transmit a sense of serenity that makes the whole experience even more relaxing and enjoyable.
The walk continued on the beach at sunset. Walking on the sand, with the sound of waves in the background and alpacas at our side, created an almost surreal atmosphere.
If you are looking for a unique activity that will allow you to unwind and relax, this sunset alpaca walk in Pizzo is a must try!

We would do it again! - It was such a lovely experience!
The alpacas and the guides entertained us very well.
It's totally worth the money an we would do it again!
Such lovely people an also such handsome and cute animals.
We felled in love.
But there is a big minus, you have to bring them back - you can’t kidnap them! 😢 😜

Special experience with special friends - I think it is one of the most particular and valid experiences / activities done so far that I would define unique. Walking at sunset on the beach with them was relaxing and rejuvenating. The alpacas are sweet and the owners very nice and helpful. It is definitely an experience to do if you are in Calabria!

Wonderful experience - For those who were in Pizzo Calabro or nearby I highly Recommendation to do this experience. It was great to walk first in the pine forest and then on the beach with the Alpacas... they are sweet and beautiful animals❤
Julia and Max are two really great people that allow you to live this experience😊
