Made our holiday one to remember! - The course was interactive, easy to do and most importantly, incredibly tasty. Adriana took us to the local market to pick out what we fancied to cook before handing us over to Nonna who showed us exactly how to cook it. We finished by eating what we had made with a beautiful view over the ocean. The course from start to finish felt very special and it's a must for anyone to do in the area!

Wonderful local experience - My friend and I took this cooking class and we had the best time! We made pasta from scratch with two sauces (one with a tomato sauce, another with zucchini flowers) out on the property's terrace with a beautiful view of the coast. We also enjoyed some delicious local wine, as well as fried pizza dough, and a fig cake that one of the cooks had just baked. I was a little worried about my lactose intolerance but they were able to accommodate that with no problem. The best part of the experience was hanging out with Nonna's family, including her two sons, their wives, and Nonna's grandkids. The family runs a bed and breakfast as well as a restaurant that I'd love to check out next time. This class was exactly the kind of local and intimate experience we were looking for. Thank you Ubippo!

Cooking workshop in the Cilento - Great experience! First with Adriana to buy ingredients at the market, then cooking class with nonna Maria and assistance from Andrea. We learned it from the best in a great framework! Highly recommended!

A taste of an Italian Sunday, just like Grandma's Kitchen - I gifted this experience to my sister, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable things we've done together. The day started at the market, picking fresh ingredients side by side. Then came the cooking: homemade cavatelli with two different sauces. But what really made it special wasn't just the food, it was the atmosphere. From the very first moment, it felt like stepping into an Italian Sunday at grandma's house, full of laughter and the kind of togetherness that you rarely find outside of family gatherings. The hosts had this incredible ability to make everyone feel at ease, turning a group of strangers into what felt like a little family around the kitchen table. The Nonna instructions were clear, patient and genuinely passionate, the kind of teaching that sticks with you. The recipe itself is beautifully simple, and that's exactly the point. I've gone home and recreated the dish multiple times since, and it comes out wonderfully every time. Whether you're looking for a unique gift for someone you love or just a meaningful experience to share with a friend, this is it. Highly, highly recommended.

Making delicious Italian food with friends - Our family had a wonderful time learning how to cook authentic Italian food! Adrianna and Nona were the best teachers, so patient and helpful. The food was delicious, the ambiance was delightful and we had a great time. We took what we learned, and often make the Italian pasta at home. Highly recommend this cooking experience!

Cooking class - We had a wonderful time! Adrianna and her family made us feel at home from the beginning. Cooking together with Nonna was an unforgettable experience! We had a taste of what true Italian cooking looks like. The class itself was outdoors with an outstanding view of the coastline and the food was delicious. Highly recommended!

A wonderful language week that goes far beyond just language learning! - My wife and I took part in the language week with Adriana and Oreste toward the end of last year. At first, we were skeptical about whether our language level was suitable for the Italian course, but our concerns were quickly put to rest. We benefited greatly from the language sessions with Adriana, and she, too, was very impressed by the knowledge we had gained by the end. It wasn’t just the language aspect that thrilled us, but also the way the days were structured. The mix of language lessons, cultural excursions, and evening cooking classes was just right. The cooking sessions were led by Nonna, Oreste, and Domenico, and our hands-on help with preparing the meals and setting the table wasn’t work at all - it was pure fun. The dishes served were incredibly varied and tasted heavenly. Dinner together with the other course participants and “professoressa” Adriana was not only a culinary highlight but also featured extremely interesting conversations. It was amazing that the entire week took place in such an incredibly warm and friendly atmosphere. We could never have imagined such a relaxed atmosphere combined with so much cheerfulness and laughter beforehand. All in all, it was a fantastic week with wonderful people, for whom we will always be grateful. Mille grazie e molti baci!!! Susi and Gerhard

Fantastic cooking class - Adriana and Nonna's cooking class was one of the highlights of our trip. The place is beautiful, the food was delicious but the best part was Adriana's hospitality. They made sure all our dietary restrictions were met, and the whole family was super friendly with great atmosphere throughout the day.

Unique, authentic, and deeply enriching - This was a very unique opportunity and one of the most authentic experiences I've had while traveling. The nonna (grandma) is an unknown but true culinary master, being able to make dozens (hundreds?) of traditional local dishes at an extraordinary level. I got to work with her in the very same kitchen where she prepares her dishes. Despite her skill, nonna was so humble, kind, and patient. I laughed when she said that I was more bravo than her, as she was cutting up ingredients three times faster than me. I found this experience not just highly enjoyable, but deeply enriching both culturally and culinarily. And of course, the finished dishes were phenomenal, being more satisfying with the knowledge that I had contributed to the result.
