Making delicious Italian food with friends - Our family had a wonderful time learning how to cook authentic Italian food! Adrianna and Nona were the best teachers, so patient and helpful. The food was delicious, the ambiance was delightful and we had a great time. We took what we learned, and often make the Italian pasta at home. Highly recommend this cooking experience!

Cooking class - We had a wonderful time! Adrianna and her family made us feel at home from the beginning. Cooking together with Nonna was an unforgettable experience! We had a taste of what true Italian cooking looks like. The class itself was outdoors with an outstanding view of the coastline and the food was delicious. Highly recommended!

A wonderful language week that goes far beyond just language learning! - My wife and I took part in the language week with Adriana and Oreste toward the end of last year. At first, we were skeptical about whether our language level was suitable for the Italian course, but our concerns were quickly put to rest. We benefited greatly from the language sessions with Adriana, and she, too, was very impressed by the knowledge we had gained by the end. It wasn’t just the language aspect that thrilled us, but also the way the days were structured. The mix of language lessons, cultural excursions, and evening cooking classes was just right. The cooking sessions were led by Nonna, Oreste, and Domenico, and our hands-on help with preparing the meals and setting the table wasn’t work at all - it was pure fun. The dishes served were incredibly varied and tasted heavenly. Dinner together with the other course participants and “professoressa” Adriana was not only a culinary highlight but also featured extremely interesting conversations. It was amazing that the entire week took place in such an incredibly warm and friendly atmosphere. We could never have imagined such a relaxed atmosphere combined with so much cheerfulness and laughter beforehand. All in all, it was a fantastic week with wonderful people, for whom we will always be grateful. Mille grazie e molti baci!!! Susi and Gerhard

Fantastic cooking class - Adriana and Nonna's cooking class was one of the highlights of our trip. The place is beautiful, the food was delicious but the best part was Adriana's hospitality. They made sure all our dietary restrictions were met, and the whole family was super friendly with great atmosphere throughout the day.

Unique, authentic, and deeply enriching - This was a very unique opportunity and one of the most authentic experiences I've had while traveling. The nonna (grandma) is an unknown but true culinary master, being able to make dozens (hundreds?) of traditional local dishes at an extraordinary level. I got to work with her in the very same kitchen where she prepares her dishes. Despite her skill, nonna was so humble, kind, and patient. I laughed when she said that I was more bravo than her, as she was cutting up ingredients three times faster than me. I found this experience not just highly enjoyable, but deeply enriching both culturally and culinarily. And of course, the finished dishes were phenomenal, being more satisfying with the knowledge that I had contributed to the result.

Amazing experience - I believe a cooking course isn't just about who has the best skills or who makes the hardest dishes. Cooking is truly about making what you love, for the people that you love. Here, at this course you learn how to bake the most delicious traditional dishes with fresh and local ingredients, toghether with lovely hosts. At the end of this tasty journey, you will be very proud of the skills that you acquired, but also grateful for all the things that you learned. You won't regret such an experience!

Authentic Italian food - When I think of the taste of childhood, I think of my grandmother who still makes the recipes I started with. If you want to have an authentic culinary experience, you absolutely have to eat something made by nonna's hands. You will feel that taste, that energy that you will only find in a grandmother's hands. After all, it is about that atmosphere spent in family, with extraordinary people. We spent wonderful time and moments with Adi, Ore, nonna, Ali and Andreea. We will definitely come back.

An unforgettable experience - every time - Ubbìpò´s cooking class is a total experience based on traditional knowledge, local ingredients of the best quality, a breathtaking landscape, socializing and joys of the table that can unexpectedly end up as years of friendship and, not at least, the family´s professionalism, hospitality and warmth. I return to Ubbìpò time and again to enjoy the good life in the heights above Baia di Trentova, and take hope new inspiration for a healthy and good diet. The last time it happened in combination with an Italian course that is held twice a year. This can also be highly recommende.

A COOKING CLASS OF A VERY SPECIAL KIND! - My partner and I had booked a course at the B&B 'Baia di Trentova - Ubbìpò', but what we were offered there exceeded all our expectations by far... This was not just a cookery, it was also much more than a cooking & language course: it was a "southern Italian life" course in the comprehensive sense! We went on excursions with Adrana and Oreste, for example visiting places where wine or mozzarella di Buffala is produced sustainably. Domenico and Nonna Maria let us know the secrets of Southern Italian cuisine, we also learned to prepare many vegetarian dishes and dolci (sweets :)! We were all part of one big family, the two children were often there for granted and sometimes we even saw what they learn so much at school! And of course... we also had a wonderful week culinaryly, we will surely come back, you never learned:) Grazie mille a tutte/tutti! Andreas&Enzo

A beautiful and delicious experience - We had the most wonderful day at Ubippo! The day started out by visiting the local market to pick out ingredients we would cook with. Nonna taught us how to make homemade pasta while we enjoyed spritz’s and a beautiful view. Sitting down and enjoying the meal with family was beautiful and gave you a taste of life in Italy. You truly feel like you are a part of the family and will definitely book again.
