Makes you feel like a pizza expert! - The pizza making class was a highlight of our trip. The class is really well organized - everything is clear, there are enough people to help you so you never feel stuck and the whole experience is seamless. The people are so nice and welcoming and funny! They really have the experience down. And best of all the pizza is ah-may-zing. I am ruined for any other pizzas.

Was a really fun way to... - Was a really fun way to spend the evening! Cousin G treated us with a glass of wine and a tour of the garden. Then on to pizza making! We made everything from scratch; the dough, sauce and even the mozzarella! Learned a lot of new techniques and had delicious pizza! Highly recommend!

Exceeding Expectations! - My fiancé and I had such a great time with this class! The hosts (cousins) are very interactive and made the class so fun and enjoyable. I don’t think we both have smiled/laughed that much. Everyone was so kind from start to finish and the pizza making process was so cool to learn, see and do!

Charming and Educational - This was by far the best experience we’ve had in Italy (and they have all been great). But THIS! An easy, streamlined service, incredible views and ambiance, and hosts that truly make the whole thing. Silvio and Maria have crafted a pizza-making adventure that takes you from farm to table with reverence to tradition and assembled a team with passion to guide you. The wine flows freely, as does the love. Cousin G and the pizza wizards entertain you with their humor and expertise. Grateful!

A Deliciously Fun Pizza-Making Experience! - Such a fun experience! The pizza-making class was small and intimate, which made it feel very personal. My friend and I both knew how to make pizza, but we still picked up so many great tips. Maria, Cousin ‘G,’ and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing. Making the pizzas was not only fun but also delicious! I highly recommend this class.

Super fun, good guides, good food, and good views! - Loved the experience from start to finish. Educational, and so fun. The guides were great and there was plenty of wine, music and laughs had all round. Couldn’t recommend it more. Cheers from Australia!

The best! - This was a massive highlight of our honeymoon. Because of the location we had high expectations going into the class and tbh, they were completely exceeded. G and Maria were great hosts and teachers, they made it so relaxed and informal, and really made the overall experience. The class size was just perfect, and getting to sit and chat while eating our creations was great. Definitely one of the best experiences of our trip.

Great experience for all ages with great views - Attended the class with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We were part of a small group consisting of all ages, and several nationalities and we all had a fabulous time. On arrival at the Gas Bar, we were warmly welcomed and then transported to the villa for the class. On arrival we were offered a cold drink - water or local wine, and then commenced a tour of the gardens. Following this we entered the outdoor kitchen which was all set up for us to start. More drinks were offered including soft drinks for our children. We made everything from scratch from the dough (please note you don’t use your own dough for the pizza as it would need to prove) tomato sauce and mozzarella. The pizzas were then cooked in the pizza oven and you got to eat your own pizza! We ended with a coffee and a limoncello and were presented with our pizza making certificates! All our family (even the teenage boys who are difficult to impress) said it was the best day of the holiday. Thank you. A note to people attending the course. We travelled from a nearby town and were told that arranging a taxi would be very expensive (quoted over €150) so we were advised to get the ferry to Amalfi and walk. The walk was a bit harrowing with a steep climb, narrow roads, no pavement and motorbikes flying round the corners. The view was amazing - but - do this at your own risk. It took us about 30 minutes in the blazing heat. There are frequent busses up/down the road. if you’re planning on getting the bus there or back buy tickets in Amalfi as you can’t but them on the bus or at the local shop - luckily the bus driver took pity on us and let us travel back! This takes me to my second point of make sure you’ve eaten breakfast and are well hydrated especially if you’re doing this course in the hot summer months. After the walk up and then the garden tour, I wished I had!
