Pizza and gelato cooking class - Mauro was great chef, teacher and enjoyed class of cooking. Great place and learned some pizza making technique. Very good experience. Highly recommend.

Learn from the Best - This was a great family activity to deviate from standard tours. Daniel was our instructor. He was charming, insightful, and relatable to all the students--young and old. Focusing not simply on the recipe, he educated and ensured we learned a technique of pizza making. This was a thoroughly fun and engaging cooking class.

Fun way of learning to make local pizzas - Lovely experience with a enthusiastic young instructor.
All well organized except from handwashing which was upstairs with a lot of queue from other classes.
It was all clean and we ended up making awesome local pizzas. We considered signing up for more classes afterwards but didn’t get time.
I would definitely recommend.

Lively, funny and informative - We loved it. Mauro was adorable, funny and warm. He explained the origin of ice cream and pizza. He specified the important ingredients and was very specific about the steps to prepare the dough. Our pizzas were just delicious

The best class ever! - The experience was so great! Our chef Maurizio was so energetic and full of life and so chatty. He taught us how to make gelato all together and then we made the pizzas! They had pre fermented dough ready as the dough we made wasn't ready for 24hrs! I would definitely go again, it was such a unique experience and me and my partner loved it. Thank you chef!

Top pizza class experience - Great experience, both for us as adults and for our kids (of 5 and 7). The gelato making was a bit disappointing, but the pizza making, which is most of the class, made up for it! Special thanks to our chef Lucas, for making it z’n unforgettable experience for our kids!
