At the end of our journey, we will also eat a delicious tiramisu prepared with my personal recipe.

Great cooking experience - We had a great time cooking pasta and Tiramisu at chef-for-a-day. The location was very good, right next to Spagana. We started by making the Tiramisu first, a very easy process in which they asked my 11 YO daughter to break some eggs. Other volunteers completed the desert making, and we all crafted our individual cups. The pasta making starts from a pile of flour and an egg. We make the dough for the next 15 minutes with instructions from the chef. Once done, we all sat down for dinner with wine, pasta, and desert, eating what we prepared earlier

Brilliant experience - We booked the pasta and tiramisu course … chef was brilliant and joined in the fun and entertainment provided by our gang of ladies Ricardo was our chef …. We actually made pretty good pasta lol and a certificate to prove it …. Well worth it

Great experience - This was a great experience with my three teenagers. Our chef Ricardo was fun personal-able. Enjoyed making pasta and tiramasu with him. Highly recommend.

Best kind of pasta - The class was perfect, best of all was the chef April, she and her assistant make a difference, we were a small group of 6 people 4 in English and 2 in Spanish, she did the class speaking the 2 languages which made everything easy, thank you very much for your attentions!!

Totally friendly chef! - Great ambience, very friendly hostess with a nice way to explain the techniques. In the end it was really delicious pasta & tiramisu - for us it was a great event!

Great food tour - Fantastic food tour in a local market near the Vatican. Food was sublime! We had some delicious cheeses, pizza and more! Paolo and Claudio was so informative and entertaining! We had a great time!

Fun!! - Imagine going around with two of your best friends: they are foodies, fun (and funny!), they know all the secrets to the roman cuisine tradition and will introduce you to tastes you cannot even imagine... that's the tour with Claudio and Paolo! I had a great experience, as they navigated us while exploring the market. I had a lot of fun and they were very knowledgeable yet easy going. Definitely recommended!

Foodie Heaven - I had an amazing experience with Claudio and Paolo. As a solo traveler, they made me feel welcomed and I loved meeting people in the group and sharing delicious foods from the market. We tried pizza, cheeses, and meats, etc... Claudio and Paolo also provided many recommendations at the end of the tour. I would definitely go back.

Look for a different class! - The pasta part was fun and good. Should provide recipes if it’s a class. Dessert part was as a whole group so unable to experience as a couple or within your own group. You don’t try just your pasta at end they mix everyone’s. They did not offer us drinks or anything during class. They used some pushy sale tactics and tried to push for tips. There was mold on walls and ceiling of basement where class was. I would look for another class.

Just ok !! - Our instructor was great …
BUT after we cooked we went to sit in the restaurant no appetizer, no bread , nothing but the pasta you made which they mixed all together with everyone that cooked in the class.
I have done a few different classes and usually while you wait for your own food you will get an appetizer . I also thought it was interested you only got one glass of wine for almost $90 a person

Left and went to dinner as soon as we left..
It was a little disappointing for the money
