Then, under the guidance of a professional chef, participants will knead, roll, and shape homemade pasta dough to make fettuccine and stuffed ravioli, employing traditional Italian methods.
Following the cooking session, participants will dine in a charming restaurant, savoring a complete meal featuring the pasta and dessert they’ve prepared, complemented by a glass of wine and a taste of limoncello.

Fantastic experience with Lori - Lori was a great instructor and made our cooking class a lot of fun. Really enjoyed the experience. We were able to enjoy our pasta with our chosen sauce and tiramisu. It was delicious. We will be making this on our return to Australia.

Flour fingers that doesn’t cost a lot of dough! - Lori was fantastic, extremely patient and attentive throughout the the class. Her instruction and guidance was very clear.
An experience well worth taking the time to enjoy with family or friends. We all loved the class!

Awesome experience - We had a great time, Lori was amazing and taught everyone individually but as a group as well. We thoroughly enjoyed the high energy environment she created straight from the start of the class. We really liked learning the traditional way to cook hand made pasta and eating it at the restaurant was a lovely way to end the experience. Highly recommend it to anyone in Rome.
The only minus was it was very difficult to find, the address on the site took us to the wrong place.

Amazing fun!!!! - It was very interesting and we learnt a lot from Carlotta about making pizza, for example I learnt that you have to leave the dough in the fridge up to 72 hours!

Very interesting and fun experience! - We went to a pizza and tiramisu making and is was very fun, interesting and Carlotta was an amazing chef, very funny, nice, was very helpful and gave lots of tips! Recommend!

Great cooking class! - We had a great time at our cooking class with Carlotta for the pizza class. She was engaging and did a fantastic job with the kids ( 6,8, 13 years old). Grazie!
