Next, you’ll craft your own handmade fettuccine pasta. You’ll mix, roll, and cut your dough, preparing it for cooking before making your pasta sauce from scratch. Choose between a classic carbonara or cacio e pepe sauce, depending on your preference.

Connect with your fellow chefs as the kitchen fills with the aroma of your creations, and once everything is ready, it’s time to sit down with your new foodie friends and savor your handmade dishes, accompanied by 2 glasses of prosecco, 2 glasses of wine, and a shot of limoncello, along with non-alcoholic beverages of your choice.
