Gluten free Pizza Making Class! - Our family did the pizza and gelato making class with Francesca. She was able to accommodate our need for a safe gluten free experience with ease! She has done so much research into gluten free pizza and pasta making and was able to give us great advice to be successful at home. Our celiac kiddo was thrilled with this special experience. If you have the time in Rome, this experience is unforgettable for a family!!

Incredible! The most personable and knowledgeable host!! - I had no idea there was so much to go into making pizza. My two kids (8&10) and I attended and the instructor was great at teaching us how to make the pizza and gelato but also gave a couple in our party much more detailed and science-based instructions. Incredible! Brava!

The best decision!!! - We had our pizza and gelato making class with Mikayla and it was so much fun! She recommended traditional toppings and helped us make the fluffiest, most beautiful gelato. A must do if you have time and want to learn something new to take home 💖

When in Rome - My wife and I ended up booking this class last minute and were the only ones here. It ended up being a private one on one class with Michaela and her colleague and was absolutely fantastic. We made multiple flavours of pizza and two gelato flavours. Lots of stories, wine and laughter with the crew here. Would definitely recommended to all A+++

Memorable Gelato and pizza class. - We had the best time with Franceska. Her teaching style is effective and easy to understand. We are excited to try to make Gelato and pizza on our own. Good job Franceska. Special shout out to Lydia too for cleaning up our mess.

Yummy pizza and gelato - My husband I had Francesca and lilliette (not sure if correct spelling). They were both lovely. Francesca has a passion for food. She was born and raised in the Rome area — she has spent many years in training — she is beautiful person and so easy to be comfortable with- very gracious. We did several tours etc, this was our favorite activity — do not hesitate to book her.
