Guests are greeted with a traditional Roman aperitivo featuring refreshingly chilled prosecco and a platter of appetizers, including olives, a variety of cheeses, and cured meats. Under the guidance of your chef-instructor, you’ll learn to craft authentic Roman dough to create traditional “teglia” pizza and focaccia. Following this, you’ll prepare supplì, a beloved Roman street food staple, which is a deep-fried rice ball filled with tomato sauce and gooey mozzarella. Finally, no Roman meal is complete without a sweet treat or dessert, and you’ll learn to make Nutella-filled dough pockets.
