The culinary adventure starts with preparing classic tiramisù, layering savoiardi biscuits, creamy mascarpone, and rich cocoa. Then, under the guidance of a professional chef, participants will knead, roll, and shape homemade pasta dough to create fettuccine and stuffed ravioli, using traditional Italian methods.
Following the cooking session, participants will be seated in a charming restaurant to savor a complete meal, featuring the pasta and dessert they have prepared, accompanied by a glass of wine and a taste of limoncello.

When in Rome…A Fettuccine, ravioli and tiramisu cooking class is the way to enhance your trip! - Fun, informative, interactive, and tasty! Our class was lead by a great Chef! He was professional and had a fun sense a humour that kept everyone engaged. Once we completed the hands on part of our class we sat together and enjoyed our two pasta course and dessert together.

Paris was a great... - Paris was a great instructor. The ravioli and fettuccine were delicious!! I have NEVER liked tiramisu, but what we made was so delicious!! I will be making these recipes for my family and friends.

So fun!! - My husband and I had a great time learning how to make the pasta dishes and the dessert. Leo is excellent! The class was fun, interactive, and educational! We enjoyed our meals with a nice glass of wine afterwards, and had a great time visiting with our group. I would highly recommend!

Great opportunity to learn Italian cooking - Masha was a very kind and friendly teacher. It was my first time cooking Italian food, and every procedure was easygoing with Masha. We could finish very quickly learning how to cook pasta and Tiramisu! It was such a memorable time gathering with others and having what we cooked together.
