In this class, participants will learn to craft three types of spritzes, the quintessential Italian beverage, and create fresh, handmade pasta with a traditional sauce—all under the guidance of a local expert chef.
The session begins with an Aperol spritz, allowing you to mingle with fellow participants and meet your chef. Then, the pasta-making adventure begins.
Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, you’ll roll, cut, and cook your own pasta while mastering the art of making the perfect carbonara or cacio e pepe. As you cook, enjoy a refreshing Hugo spritz—because why not?
Once everything is prepared, savor your meal with new friends, your chef, and a delightful Limoncello spritz to conclude a perfect afternoon.

Fantastic - Sunny was amazing 10/10 recommend if travelling to Rome. The music, drinks, and food were great! They say 3 drinks, but make sure your drink is continuously topped up

It was amazing! The class... - It was amazing! The class was great and they were super accommodating. 2 of our friends did the class and the other 2 of us got stuck at the Vatican seeing the Pope last minute and they let us come after and enjoy the food! Such a good experience and the Spritz was wonderful, best pasta I’ve had yet!

Awesome experience! We... - Awesome experience! We learned how to make three drinks (Hugo, aperol, and limoncello) and how to make home made pasta! We also learned how to make cacio pepe and carbonara. Such a fantastic way to start our trip. Sherry and Jenny were amazing! 10/10 recommend!
