Participants are invited to join this cooking class, where they will collaboratively create traditional recipes from the Ligurian Riviera and enjoy an aperitif to explore genuine flavors and time-honored culinary traditions. The aperitif will include authentic Genoese focaccia, paired with bruschetta topped with homemade pesto and salted anchovies, as well as seasoned olives from the Riviera. Following this, attendees will learn to prepare fresh pasta, specifically hand-cut noodles using an ancient tool known as the “guitar.” Finally, participants will savor their pasta with the pesto they have made, all complemented by a selection of DOP white wines from the region, which will be passionately described, followed by the quintessential Italian coffee and a delightful Genoese digestive.
