Guests are warmly welcomed in a charming Ligurian garden surrounded by lush greenery in the summer, or in a cozy heated outdoor area during winter. Together, the authentic ingredients of pesto and their significance will be explored.

With a traditional marble mortar and an olive wood pestle, Camilla will expertly guide participants in crafting pesto by hand. The ingredients will be crushed and blended to achieve the perfect color and texture.

Enjoy the freshly made pesto with warm, freshly baked Genoese focaccia.

Participants will collaboratively prepare Croxetti, one of Liguria’s oldest pasta varieties. The dough will be kneaded and rolled out, and each person will select a wooden stamp to imprint designs on the croxetti, as was done in the past. These will then be savored with the homemade pesto.

The experience concludes with a serving of homemade Italian tiramisu. Each dish is complemented by wine from the Ligurian Riviera and Italian liqueurs.

- Utilize a historic marble mortar and wooden pestle, both over a century old;
- Craft croxetti, one of the most ancient and iconic pastas from the Ligurian tradition. Knead and roll the dough, then select a wooden stamp to imprint a design on each croxetto, reminiscent of the family crests of the past.
- Savor the freshly made pesto alongside a three-course Ligurian menu: the classic Genoese focaccia, your croxetti, and a traditional homemade dessert: Italian Tiramisù;
- Each dish is paired with wine from the Ligurian Riviera, along with Italian liqueurs and grappas such as limoncello, myrtle, and Camatti bitter;
- Enjoy an authentic Italian setting surrounded by nature: a garden during the summer and a heated outdoor area in the winter months.
- A maximum delay of 15 minutes is allowed. Beyond this limit, the experience will be considered as a no-show and cannot be carried out, to ensure the proper performance of subsequent classes. However, we ask you to notify us in case of delay: we will do our best to find a solution and allow you to carry out the experience, subject to the organization of the day.
