5/5 Cooking class!! - We booked this cooking class whilst visiting Milan. We attended the 12 o’clock session and could not fault it. Laura was amazing and so knowledgable. Everyone felt at ease and we learnt so much! I’d definitely recommend to anyone who had the time while visiting Italy!

Family fun authentic cooking class - When making a pit stop in Milan, we wanted to learn how to make homemade pasta. After looking at a few, this one looked good. I highly recommend this one! Katarina was our host. She was very funny and sweet. She taught us step by step how to make homemade tagliatelle, ravioli, and tiramisu. Definitely was worth it.

Fun and delicious! - Had a great cooking workshop! A nice workshop for beginners on how to make pasta and tiramisu. Recipes I will for sure try at home. The food was delicious! Federico instructed really good and made this experience one of the best of our trip to Italy.

Lovely instructor, but steep pricing. - The experience is 2 types of pasta making and a 1 dessert, you do not make the fresh tomato sauce in this class. Its starts at 6pm and ends fairly promptly at 9pm. Wine is available for the last 45min of the class with the meal. Have a snack ahead of the class as there is no bread and cheese to nibble on as some other classes do, and there are no greens, so eat your veggies before you arrive. Everyone was nice, but it felt overpriced for what you get. You are paying for the time of the instructor, the cost of ingredients is 2 eggs each, a cup of flower and a few spoons of mascarpone. For what they charge (kids are same price) I was underwhelmed. Maybe because I have taken an Italian cooking class in Florence that was smaller and had “more included” and that home vibe of a glass of wine while you cook. All in all very lovely people and family, but felt I landed in steeply priced tourist mill. I also have to add, that telling guests not to leave reviews unless they are a 5 star review and offering a full book of recipes for a 5 star review feels bias and dishonest which doesn’t sit right with me.
