EVENING GOURMET PRIVATE EDITION (maximum 10 guests & approximately 4+ hours): Exclusively hosted by the Chef, the evening starts with an elegant Sweet Merenda Aperitif paired with local spirits, followed by a sophisticated aperitivo tasting or cheese-and-wine experience (depending on the day or season).
