The experience will then proceed with a hands-on workshop in crafting handmade pasta. Participants will be guided through the creation of three traditional Apulian pasta shapes: cavatelli, fusilli, and orecchiette.
They will learn the secrets of making a fresh tomato and basil sauce, enhanced by the aroma of Apulian extra virgin olive oil, which will be used to dress the freshly prepared pasta. To finish the dish, a sprinkle of ricotta or parmesan cheese can be added, based on personal preference.
Alternatively, guests may opt for ravioli filled with ricotta, spinach, and Parmesan cheese, sautéed with extra virgin olive oil and sage leaves.
To end on a sweet note, participants will be shown how to prepare mascarpone cream for a modern twist on tiramisu, using homemade biscuits instead of traditional ladyfingers.
The experience concludes with a tasting of dessert, coffee, and limoncello. A bottle of wine is provided for every two guests.
