The course starts with the preparation of two different appetizers:
The first dish is a classic of Sicilian cuisine, Eggplant Parmigiana, followed by a trio of Messinese Meatballs.

Next, participants will prepare the renowned Sicilian first course: macaroni pasta with eggplant and baked ricotta cheese, allowing them to knead the dough as per traditional Sicilian methods.

The second course, which is not just typical but UNIQUE, will be: Messina-style chops.

The culinary journey concludes with the quintessential Sicilian dessert, the illustrious IL CANNOLO.

After completing the preparations, participants can relax and enjoy the dishes they have created, all paired with excellent local wine.
