- La Tovaglia Volante - Guests will be greeted at 9:30 AM at the venue. They will receive a school apron and a chef’s hat. Together, they will start making pasta and cannoli. By 11:30 AM, they will have free time to visit the Cathedral. At noon, the world’s largest astronomical clock presents a stunning display. At 12:30 PM, they will return to the restaurant for a tasting session, after which they will have free time.

Participants in this experience will have the chance to personally prepare two traditional dishes from Sicilian and Italian cuisine and enjoy tasting them. Between the cooking class and the tasting, a brief 7-minute independent walk is suggested to visit the cathedral and the astronomical clock.
