At Casa Nepeta, guests can enjoy a one-of-a-kind experience: becoming a truffle hunter for a day!

Accompanied by Andrea and his loyal Romagna dogs, Maya and Jeena, participants will explore the woods of the Iblei Mountains in search of the prized truffles, ranging from white to black varieties. They will personally gather these treasures, surrounded by the natural beauty and aromas of the Mediterranean scrub.

Following the truffle hunt, guests can choose to unwind at Casa Nepeta with a tasting of bitters and local delicacies, or opt for a full lunch featuring fresh truffles, prepared with the tubers collected during the adventure.

Additionally, the story of Casa Nepeta will be shared, along with the process of transforming aromatic herbs from the Hyblean Mountains—such as Nepitella, Marjoram, and Shrub Thyme—into the signature bitters Nepèta, Majora, and Timous.
