We had a really fun night... - We had a really fun night and learned a few things about making tagliatelle (wide ribbon pasta), ravioli, and we all helped mix the tiramisu. The wine was flowing and there was unlimited still water, which I appreciated. The chef was great and everything was really well organized. Everyone there seemed to really enjoy themselves. We laughed a lot!

Leonardo was the real... - Leonardo was the real deal. An Italian chef that loves cooking and teaching. Really funny and educational and they give you the recipes at the end.

Valuable Florence Pasta Experience - This was one of, if not, our favorite experience booked on the trip. Lucille was our teacher and she was great. It was super fun to make the two different pastas, see the tiramisu making, and drink the wine as well. Then at the end we got to eat our own pasta we made. For how cheap this is, it’s a great deal.

Disappointed - We chose this as a rainy day activity. My daughter and I were visiting Florence for the first time from Canada. Although I loved the concept, I would not recommend this cooking class. To start, it was vey crowded with everyone crammed together at a long table. Once everyone washed their hands and took their spot, the female host began right away. There were no introductions so it was off to a rushed start. Immediately as you sat down you began cracking the eggs to make the dough. When prepping the food, there was no wine or water offered, which was contrary to the title “unlimited wine”. Once the 2 types of pasta were completed, it was time for tiramisu. Again, unlike the title for this class, you do not make the tiramisu. Rather, the mascarpone mixture gets passed around and you get a few seconds to help with the whisking. It is then assembled by the host on a separate table, without even a demonstration or instructions. The wine was finally brought to the table to be enjoyed followed by the pasta we cooked. The ravioli was bland and tasteless. The pappardelle on the other hand was delicious with a tomato sauce. The tiramisu was brought out last. Although delicious, it was not set at all as it was just made. Ideally, the tiramisu would have been made first to allow it time to set. All in all, we met some other great tourists and had a good experience, however I believe there are better cooking classes in Florence.

Absolutely Horrible!!! - We were less than ten minutes late and there was nothing listed from the tour operator that even indicated a penalty for being late. My husband and I quickly noticed that there wasn't even any space available for us at the table for us for food preparation even if we did not arrive when we did. The extreme rude abs condescending woman who turned us away wasn't truthful from the very beginning, as she told us where to go instead for our class and after we arrived there, we were turned away, yet again because they did not offer pasta and tiramisu making classes there.
We have used Viator over the years for many of our vacation excursion/entertainment needs and have had no complaints until now. Your lack of professionalism and good customer service is definitely lacking at this point and is totally unacceptable. Your company has lost our business from this point onward. We travel throughout the world constantly and will utilize those outlets instead. We will also share this horrible experience with everyone we know.
