Fun time! The instructor... - Fun time! The instructor was very funny and patient. She made it feel like all of the people in the class were family and helped us to make authentic pasta. We ate what we made and it was delicious! Definitely recommend!

For the love of pasta... - We had such a laugh learning how to make pasta. Wonderful teaching at Rosso Crudo restaurant. Everything set out for us, our own flour and eggs, rolling g pin and clear explanations. Perfecto ! Lots of different cultures. Great fun. Recommended . We ate our creations afterward, and learned how to make tiramisu the Northern Italian way. A good antidote to looking at art, by doing and making.

Such a fun experience, and they kept the wine flowing!! - This experience was so cool, especially since you get to eat what you make!! It’s crazy how simple it is to make pasta, now my wife and I want to make our own when we go back home! The Tiramisu was the best I’ve ever had! So fresh, light and wonderful! Lucy was a great teacher, spoke great English and offered you help if needed. Everyone in our class was so nice and made the experience that much more enjoyable! Definitely a fun way to spend your afternoon/evening and catch a buzz while you’re at it!!

Needed to be more fun - It was okay and we enjoyed ourselves but could have been more fun if the table was more engaged in the process and the presenter looked like they liked their job.

It's just ok - It was a nice evening overall. The chef is warm and personable. There are a few recommendations I would implement if it was my class. The unlimited wine needs to start flowing immediately. We had to ask several times to sip while we prepare the food. I think the owner was planning to give us the wine when we sat down to eat. We each made our own tagliatelle and stuffed ravioli. We made one huge bowl of cream for the tiramisu and took turns stirring it. I would've liked to make single portions each. The cooked meal was just ok because our pasta was too thick and therefore too al dente. It would have been nice to have a meat sauce rather than just a red sauce so that there was some protein with the meal. You do get the recipes at the end but you have to follow them on social media and DM them to get to the menu which I found a bit off putting. To sum it up, I'm glad we did a cooking class but I would probably find something to fit my style better. And book it for lunch instead of dinner (on a rainy day).
