- Lungarno Guicciardini, 17r - Join us to master the art of making lasagna and tiramisu, two iconic Italian dishes. Using flour, eggs, water, and milk, you’ll craft pasta while learning some special Italian techniques. Located in the heart of Florence, near Ponte Vecchio, our venue offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Together, we’ll prepare lasagna, including how to roll out the dough with a rolling pin. You’ll also learn to cook a delicious Bolognese and béchamel sauce. As the lasagna cooks, we’ll make tiramisu, which we’ll enjoy together, paired with our superb organic Tuscan wine. You’ll have the opportunity to taste four different Tuscan wines. This delightful experience lasts 3 hours, encompassing both cooking and dining together. Each participant will receive recipes featuring our special tips. The visit also includes a tour of the Pasta Museum and a wine tasting, which requires an additional fee of €20, payable directly to the museum association. Best Florence Experience - Ilaria ( our instructor) was very knowledgeable and super professional with us. She had answers to all our questions and the info to take our cooking to the next level.

Great activity to do while in Italy! - We had a fantastic time! Our teacher, Melina, was the best! She made the class so much fun. Our boys (14 & 18) had fun too. She even had our oldest smiling and trying not to laugh (getting him to smile and laugh is not always easy). A friend recommended taking a pasta making class while we were in Italy and we weren't disappointed at all. Would recommend 10/10!

Authentic Italian cooking experience - This was a great afternoon in Florence with my 16 year old daughter. We made fresh lasagna and fettuccine and ate it with Italian wine. Simona was a wonderful cooking teacher and I learnt a lot. Highly recommended!

Milena the great Master Chef! - I usually don’t make time for reviews but, Milena was extraordinary! She was very knowledgeable and a wonderful teacher because she explained why we did what we did. The air condition wasn’t working and she made it pleasant even with the heat and even found humor in it. I would highly recommend it and ask for Milena.

Cooking class of lasagna and making bechamel sauce and ragu with pasta with Milena. Superb!! - What an incredible experience with Milena!! She was great at explaining what to do, she was fun and loving. My sons, who are 21yo and 24yo shared afterwards they didn’t expect to love the cooking class as much as they did!! A terrific bonding experience
with them!
Milena was a wonderful teacher and host. Wine, white and red (water too) along with snacks before hand and during the class. After eating our lasagna and ragu with pasta we finished up with chocolate and limoncello. Perfection!!
Cannot praise Milena enough!!
Do this! You won’t regret it.

Fun interactive. Mili is a gem! - Love Mili! She was the highlight! I was in awe of her ability to work with all especially the young kids. We would have loved making the sauce with her. It requires 3 hours so it was made in advance but it would have been nice to see her make that We only prepared the pasta.

Amazing experience - We made lasagna sheets, then besciamel sauce and composed our own lasagna. I had made lasagna before, but I learnt some new tricks, which I will use again at home. Massive portions too, including fettucine, and plenty of wine. What can I say, amazing!

Give it a miss - Unfortunately this was a very underwhelming experience for us!
The young guy taking the class was operating alone, which made it difficult for Him. The whole thing was very basic, nothing like the pictures showing the end results of the cooking - paper paints are for picnics.
