• The lessons are in English but the staff also speaks Italian and understands a little Spanish.
• The classes are mixed with people from all ethnicities, religions and genders. Respect for everyone ♥️
• Hygiene is important. We give advice (remove rings, tie up long hair, don’t use smartphones, wash your hands, etc.). It’s common sense to behave well because you eat everyone’s pasta. However, any food is cooked above 100 degrees centigrade.
