Valentino was great! ... - Valentino was great! Funny and inclusive of everyone, he corrected us when we went wrong but he was such a great teacher we didn’t go far off the mark. The place the cooking class is in was beautiful as well.

When in Italy learn how to make pasta - Florence style! - Very well organised and lots of fun. You really get stuck into the pasta making and the chef prepares lovely sauces, explaining not just the how but also the why! All the pasta is cooked together and then served with the sauces and wine or water. The building is lovely to with plenty of atmosphere. Can’t think of a better way to learn to make pasta!

Larger groups and less authentic than we expected. - The experience itself was relatively good. It was interesting to learn how to make pasta, but the guide was hard to understand, spoke quickly and it felt like you had to hurry. He did not help individuals with their pasta. In addition, there were a total of about 100 people, who were divided into teams of 15 people. We had expected it to be in smaller groups.
