• Via della Rocca, 1 - At the most scenic spot in San Gimignano, the La Vernaccia di San Gimignano Wine Experience offers an exhilarating and unique “late afternoon adventure”: join the “Superior Wine Tasting” event. Starting at 5:00 pm, enjoy an hour and a quarter of complete relaxation while learning about and savoring the gastronomic delights of this historic wine region.

Comfortably seated in our well-appointed and professional tasting room, participants will enjoy: expert wine tasting, food and wine pairing, and engaging storytelling.

Sample four Vernaccia wines (two vintage Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG and two Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG Riserva) along with a local red “San Gimignano DOC” in one of its many variations, all paired with Tuscan specialties.

The tasting of five wines and their combinations will be showcased and served in our well-equipped and comfortable tasting room. Here, all guests, even when spaced apart for safety, can enjoy a friendly and unique experience! For those with specific dietary requirements or intolerances, please inform us at the time of booking in the “notes” section, and we will accommodate most dietary needs. The tasting price includes everything: the tasting itself, water, and food pairings. The Rocca di Montestaffoli does not offer bar services (such as coffee, tea, soft drinks, spirits, packaged foods, etc.). Children are welcome to join the tasting, and our staff will prepare a selection of gourmet delights for them at a cost of €8 per child. Please remember that by law, serving alcohol to minors is prohibited.
