• Fonte Giusta Trattoria & Scuola di Cucina - Embark on a sensory adventure through the tastes and scents of Tuscany with this cooking class.
  The friendly staff will greet participants with a glass of prosecco, and provide a chef’s hat and apron.
  The chef will share insights and secrets of traditional cuisine.
  Participants will learn to prepare authentic dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients. The class includes making three types of fresh pasta (gnocchi, pici, and tortelli) and concludes with crafting ice cream.
  This experience is shared with fellow travelers.
