They will learn which herbs are edible, how to use them, and which ones should be avoided. Some of the gathered herbs will be incorporated into butter made on-site. They will learn which herbs are edible, how to use them, and which ones should be avoided. Some of the gathered herbs will be incorporated into butter made on-site. This will be followed by a tasting of the butter spread on pücia, a traditional local bread. As a farewell, participants will receive a recipe and a small surprise to take home.
