This e-bike tour begins in the historic center of Citta’ di Castello and heads towards Montone, recognized as one of the “Most Beautiful Villages in Italy.” The route spans approximately 45 km and is suitable for anyone with a basic level of training on our pedal-assisted bikes. The journey follows the banks of the Tiber River along a completely traffic-free path, before ascending the gentle hills leading to Montone. Upon arrival, participants will leave their bikes to explore the medieval village, offering a captivating view of the Tiber Valley. By request, there is an opportunity to visit the Montone Museum, located within the stunning Cloister of San Francesco, which houses paintings and art objects from Umbria’s history. After the visit, the tour returns via the Tiber cycle path to the starting point in Citta’ di Castello.
