The next stop is the host’s home, just a short distance from the city center, where the cooking class will commence. The session starts with preparing tomato bruschetta, followed by a tasting of burrata adorned with freshly grated Norcia black truffle.
After enjoying these appetizers, participants will “get their hands in the dough” — combining flour and eggs to create Strengozzi, a traditional egg pasta from Spoleto.
During this time, ample black truffle will be grated to craft the sauce for the pasta.
To conclude, a scrumptious almond flour dessert with a cherry center will be baked.
