  Upon entering the enchanting central hall, where bottles from the Giovanni Ederle winery will be showcased — one of the few organic wineries within the municipality of Verona, just 3 km from the city center — the journey will continue outdoors.

Guests will be guided to the palace’s secret garden, an intimate and verdant space, enclosed by ancient walls and lush vegetation, providing an atmosphere of complete tranquility away from city traffic.

Here, the wine tasting will occur: guests can savor 4 selected organic wines, choosing between a selection of red wines or a range dedicated to whites and sparkling wines. The wines will be paired with a platter of local products sourced from nearby, featuring artisan salami, organic goat cheese, and extra virgin olive oil. This is a genuine experience that blends taste, history, and relaxation in the heart of Verona.
