- Amalfi Coast - Enjoy a scenic drive along this UNESCO World Heritage site, a source of inspiration for countless artists and dreamers. Experience breathtaking seaside views in a comfortable Mediterranean setting.
Amalfi flourished after the fall of the Roman Empire, becoming part of the Byzantine Empire and serving as a key maritime trade hub. It gained autonomy in the 9th century and reached its zenith in the 10th century, thanks to its formidable fleet, making it one of the four Italian maritime republics. After the Saracen invasions, Amalfi experienced significant poverty until it was rediscovered in the 19th century during the Grand Tour, a journey through Italy and France to explore the greatest works of art and architecture, popular among young artists and intellectuals, particularly from Northern Europe. Amalfi boasts unique attractions such as the Cathedral of St. Andrew, housing the apostle’s relics, and significant sites like the Arsenal Museum, which offers insights into life during the empire.
- Positano - Pause in Positano to wander through its charming corridors, savor local flavors, and capture stunning photos of the city’s traditional architecture.
Known as the Pearl of the Amalfi Coast, Positano provides a distinctive atmosphere for photography and Italian style, with its unique corridors and hillside homes. Originally a fishing village, Positano gained fame for its architecture and landscapes, inspiring numerous writers and painters in the 18th and 19th centuries, who documented their experiences in modern art. Although the town as it is known today is relatively young, nearby Positano has evidence of prehistoric settlements (wall paintings) dating back to the Neolithic era.
- Praiano - Referred to as the City of the Sun, Praiano is the only town on the coast where you can witness the sunset during certain winter months. (The coast faces southeast, and Praiano is the only town extending far enough into the sea to allow views of the sun setting behind Capri in the colder months).
During the first week of August, for the feast of St. Dominic (Praiano’s patron saint), the town is illuminated with planned displays. The entire town turns off its lights and is lit by candles, with fireworks and flame shows held at the church for three days.
- Grotta dello Smeraldo (Emerald Grotto) - Situated in the town of Conca dei Marini, part of the Amalfi Coast and nestled between Praiano and Amalfi.
The cave is renowned for its vibrant colors and diverse rock formations, such as stalagmites and stalactites, creating beautiful underwater effects, including the famous “Holy Family” formation. The grotto can be accessed by land or sea, with a small fee for a short boat ride inside to admire its attractions.
- Furore - The fjord of Furore is a small beach along the Amalfi Coast, celebrated for its picturesque views and tranquil setting. A bridge allows cars to pass between the mountains, offering clear views of the sea and lush cliffs.
Furore was also the site of a renowned diving competition organized by Red Bull in past years and has been the backdrop for numerous paintings, writings, and films, inspiring many artists over the years.

Amalfi - Spend 2 hours in Amalfi. Visit the magnificent Cathedral of St. Andrew, a famous 10th-century church housing the relics of the Apostle St. Andrew, a significant site for Catholics and a place of prayer for St. Francis of Assisi during the 13th century. The temple features a distinctive Arab-Byzantine style. Enjoy a classic lemon sorbet, a traditional lemon ice cream served inside a large lemon, a local fruit in the area. The city, rich in culinary options, is perfect for lunch or cultural food tasting among the fresh fish markets and legendary local bakeries. Admire the stunning landscapes or city views from the beach, and visit museums and historical attractions, such as the Paper Museum or the Arsenal Museum, where you can learn about life during the empire and how ships were built for the great Amalfi fleet.
-
Atrani - Atrani is officially the smallest town in Italy due to its geography, covering only 0.12 km². Atrani’s charm lies in its small beach surrounded by palaces and local shops along the Amalfi Coast. Located right next to Amalfi, Atrani is also a UNESCO World Heritage site.
-
Ravello - Explore the unforgettable city of Ravello, a town frozen in time with its iconic Villa Cimbrone, a majestic building now operating as a hotel, but once an important residence for nobility, featuring the characteristic “infinite terrace,” where you can touch the sky and kiss the Tyrrhenian Sea while capturing breathtaking photos of the landscapes.
Visit Villa Rufolo, a historic building in Ravello, owned by the Rufolo Family and constructed during the 13th century. This site, with its gardens seemingly suspended above the sea and the famous stage that has hosted many international artists during the renowned Ravello Festival.
Ravello will captivate you with its unique Mediterranean atmosphere and the tranquility of a place nestled in the mountains.
