Touring the Amalfi Coast - This tour was the highlight of our Amalfi trip. Daniele was so knowledgeable and so funny and we learned so much about the history of the area. The cooking class inspires us to try new recipes at home.

Best way to spend half a day in Amalfi - We did the Cooking Class experience with Daniele and it was above par. He came to pick us up in an air conditioned car at the Amalfi bus stop and took us uphill to the restaurant where we were greeted by the chef. Our cooking session consisted of 3 course meal. Chef Fiore was guiding us throughout and told us a lot about why we do certain things in the kitchen and how it helps with digestion. Each of our courses were paired with a wine that Daniele (who was also our sommelier) picked out. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend to everyone that’s interested In cooking authentic Italian food.

My favorite day in Italy! - The Amalfi Wine Tour and Cooking Class was the best part of my entire trip to Italy! Daniele di Palma was such a delightful and friendly host. He arrived right on time to pick up our large group and was an incredible tour guide. His knowledge of the area was authentic (since he lives there himself) and he kept the entire van laughing the whole ride. He catered the experience to what we wanted to do and stopped at areas we were interested in. The winery itself was beautiful and I learned a lot about the wine making process. But the best part of the day was certainly the cooking class and enjoying our hard work! Chef Vito was patient with such a large group and gave us tasks that we all felt comfortable with. We made a huge menu including Eggplant Lasagna, Gnocchi, Ravioli and Lemon Chicken. One of the members of the group has a serious allergy to dairy and the Chef accommodated and made sure she had something to eat for every course. Daniele paired all courses with the amazing wine we had just learned about. His knowledge of wine was extraordinary and he made the tasting interactive and a true experience for the group. Everything was delicious, the view was amazing and the company unbeatable. I would do this tour again in a heartbeat. Thank you Daniele and Chef Vito for an incredible experience!
