Highly recommended tour - Full guided tour by Letizia, a very nice and friendly Italian lady who told us the story of each place we enjoyed. It was a pleasure and a real luck to enjoy your knowledge and how to share it. Highly recommended.

Andrea, was absolutely fantastic—friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable. As a Brazilian native, I was thrilled that Andrea explained everything in Portuguese, making me feel safe. Plus, his warm and approachable personality made the tour even more special.

A must in Roma - Gabriel was extremely professional and amiable, he kept the group motivated and inspired, 2,5 hours passed buy beautifully.

Amazing experience - The tour was amazing. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, and gave us interesting details about different parts of the Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel. It was a great experience overall and I'd love to have more experiences with them.

Opinion of my visit - Excellent service but I would have liked more time to be invested in the visit and to be able to visit more rooms since more iconic rooms were not seen.

Scam provider - AVOID & find a proper operator - Turned up on time. Nobody else there for the tour and we were told that the guide was sick but would be OK for an hour later - obviously untrue! Turned up an hour later - lots of people waiting for a tour but were were the only English-speakers, so were taken around the corner and dropped onto someone else's tour. Guide was excellent but we were rushed through as St Peter's closed at 12:30, so we had way less than 2 hours 'on site' and probably only 1 hour with the guide, as he sent us into St. Peter's at 12:00.

Disappointed - We booked tickets for 11:30 on arrival at 11:15 to pick the tickets up so we can enjoy our sightseeing in the Vatican we have been told that we need to wait till 12:00 as the Vatican told them that we specifically need to to wait. So better wait on the free que as this is pointless. We still wait more than an hour to get in. 85£ not worth it at all.

Worst Tour EVER - Guide was 45 minutes late, and was very rude to everyone in the group, including a mother with an infant in a stroller. Absolute terrible experience!!! Never saw Basilica, as we were running so late. This was like a cattle drive and completely unacceptable. Worst tour I have ever taken in my life. And especially disappointing, since it was the Vatican.
