- A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements
- Name on the ticket: All entrance tickets must be purchased in the name of the visitor. It is mandatory to ensure that the name entered during the booking process matches the visitor’s identification. Regardless of the purchaser, the ticket must be in the visitor’s name to be valid for entry.
- Invalid Tickets: If the name on the ticket does not match the identity of the visitor, the ticket will be considered invalid and cannot be used for entry.
- Liability: We do not accept any responsibility for any mistakes made during the booking process. If the visitor’s name is entered incorrectly, the ticket will be invalid and no refunds or corrections can be made.
- Security: Visitors must pass through airport-style security. The wait at the security checkpoint can last more than 30 minutes, depending on Vatican security.

Highly recommend, saved several hours of waiting in line - This ticket saved several hours of waiting in line. Our group met at a very clear meeting point outside of a gift shop and our guide directed us to the front of the entrance. Total time to get inside the basilica was only about 15 minutes for security. We came on a Friday during Jubilee of the youth and over 1 million people were expected to visit the Basilica that day - extremely large crowds so I cannot recommend these skip the line tickets enough!

A downside- in my opinion they let way too many people inside at once and it gets really crowded.

- It was easy to get the voucher. We were walked right in, no line. It took about 10 minutes to walk in and go through security. Very easy.

These skip-the-line... - These skip-the-line tickets are worth it. We didn’t have the best idea to visit the Basilica at 11 AM in 95° heat. Thanks to these tickets, we bypassed the long line of people standing straight in the heat. One of their new tour guides even walked us from their shop to the front of the reserved line (which we probably wouldn’t have found on our own). These guys’ customer service is top notch.

Meeting point has no... - Meeting point has no sign. Must wait for guide to arrive with his handheld flag of multiple agencies. Confusing. Must wait out in the heat. Also, the arrive 15min early note has you arrive then 30min early -- as the time listed is already 15min prior to "departure"

Do not buy this ticket, didn’t get to skip any lines, just lost an amount of money. - This trip was a fraud. I received a ticket in a foreign language with no address. The Vatican is a big place. The gyash tours now say we should have gone to their shop to skip the line, but we had no info on that on our ticket and no one could help us, because the tickets were not in a language anyone could read. I have asked for a refund, but they are not ready to give this. I could just have thrown my money out of the window.
